On November 19-22, 2024, the 25th IERE General Meeting and PLN Indonesia Forum took place in Bali, Indonesia. The forum is themed as “Distributed Power Generation for Increasing Renewable Energy Penetration” and attracted participants from world-renowned power utilities, power research institutes and venders. NARI experts delivered a presentation on "Key Technologies and Applications of the Energy Internet for New Urban," highlighting NARI's innovative technologies and use cases, and co-chaired a technical discussion session at the forum.

As one of IERE’s board member, NARI also participated in its 47th Board Meeting on the sideline, joining discussions on IERE’s management approaches and future activities. NARI is elected as an IERE board member for the year 2025 to 2026.

IERE is a worldwide, non-profit organization - established in 1968 as International Electric Research Exchange - serving executives, senior managers, engineers, and researchers who are responsible for electricity and energy related R&D and solutions. Its activities include supporting electric and environmental technology innovations and practices with Forums and Workshops, promoting international collaboration to solve common issues like climate change and natural hazard, and implementation of in-depth research based on technology foresight.
